Return & Refund Policy

All returns must have prior authorization, please contact us before returning any product. There will be no credit given for unauthorized returns. Returns that are sent to the wrong address will not receive any credit. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product and may be made where applicable for a product exchange or store credit only.

There will be NO return or exchange of any used, previously displayed, or assembled products as well as goods on sale or clearance. All such products are sold “AS IS” and those sales are final. Customized or “Made to Order” products are non-refundable.

Merchandise must be received in its original factory condition and must have all original packaging materials, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards, and confirmed to be in a resaleable condition before credit processing is considered. The customer will be responsible for a 25% re-stocking fee for all authorized returned goods and the cost of shipping and handling both ways will be deducted before store credit is issued.

Damaged or defective Goods: Any damage or manufacturer’s defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please send your report to support@elitelivingrooms.com . Elite Living Rooms will not be liable for any damage reported after 24 hours. All pictures of damage must be provided as well as pictures of the packaging in the condition it was in when it was received along with the original invoice.  If merchandise was damaged in transit, such a claim must be made through the freight carrier. Routinely inspect boxes for damages before signing the freight bill and ensure the carrier reports the damage on the freight bill and signs for it. All damaged returns must have the original invoice and prior authorization. Replacement of defective parts will be communicated to the identified brand and Elite Living Rooms will follow the brand’s timeline and policy to serve our customers.
